Đại học Aix-Marseille, Liên minh S, và Châu Âu Khoa học (Science Europe) vui mừng thông báo rằng họ đang tham gia vào một dự án của Horizon Europe có tên là ‘Phát triển các Mô hình Xuất bản Truy cập Mở để Cải thiện Truyền thông Học thuật’ - DIAMAS (Developing Institutional Open Access Publishing Models to Advance Scholarly Communication). Dự án 3 năm, được khởi xướng ngày 01/09/2022, nhận được vốn cấp trong bối cảnh Horizon Europe kêu gọi việc Xây dựng năng lực cho xuất bản truy cập mở của cơ sở khắp châu Âu.

Dự án DIAMAS đã được trao trợ cấp 3 triệu €, tập hợp 23 tổ chức châu Âu sẽ đưa ra bức tranh toàn cảnh xuất bản Truy cập Mở Kim cương trong Khu vực Nghiên cứu châu Âu và phát triển các tiêu chuẩn, hướng dẫn và thực hành chung cho khu vực xuất bản Kim cương. Các đối tác của dự án này cũng sẽ tạo ra các khuyến nghị cho các cơ sở nghiên cứu để điều phối hỗ trợ bền vững cho các hoạt động xuất bản Kim cương khắp châu Âu

Ngoài ra, dự án DIAMAS sẽ tương tác chặt chẽ với cộng đồng toàn cầu các bên ký kết ‘Kế hoạch Hành động về Truy cập Mở Kim cương’. Trong khi dự án này sẽ nhằm vào vài hoạt động được đặt ra trong Kế hoạch Hành động đó, nó chào đón các hành động và các đóng góp bổ sung. Như là bước đầu tiên, các đối tác của dự án DIAMAS và các thành viên của Cộng đồng Kế hoạch Truy cập Mở Kim cương đã có cơ hội gặp gỡ và thảo luận về các cơ hội cộng tác trong Hội nghị Truy cập Mở Kim cương (Zadar, Croatia, 19 – 20/09/2022).

Về AMU

Về Liên minh S

Kế hoạch S là một sáng kiến về xuất bản truy cập mở được Liên minh S khởi xướng năm 2018, một nhóm gồm 27 tổ chức nghiên cứu quốc gia và các quỹ từ thiện, bao gồm Ủy ban châu Âu và WHO. Từ 2021, kế hoạch đó yêu cầu tất cả các xuất bản phẩm học thuật là kết quả từ nghiên cứu được các tổ chức của Liên minh S cấp vốn sẽ được xuất bản trên các Tạp chí Truy cập Mở, trên các Nền tảng Truy cập Mở, hoặc được làm cho sẵn sàng tức thì thông qua các Kho Truy cập Mở mà không có cấm vận.

Về châu Âu Khoa học (Science Europe)

Science Europe là một hiệp hội các tổ chức cấp vốn nghiên cứu chính (RFO) và các tổ chức thực thi nghiên cứu (RPO). Nó đã được thành lập tháng 10/2011 và có trụ sở ở Brussels. Hiệp hội tạo thuận lợi cho hợp tác giữa các thành viên của nó và hỗ trợ cho sự xuất sắc trong khoa học và nghiên cứu trong tất cả các ngành, hoạt động như một nền tảng để phát triển các vị trí về các vấn đề chính sách nghiên cứu và gửi các thông điệp chính sách tới các tổ chức, nhà nghiên cứu, chính phủ quốc gia và công chúng châu Âu.

Aix-Marseille Université, cOAlition S, and Science Europe are pleased to announce that they are participating in a Horizon Europe project called ‘Developing Institutional Open Access Publishing Models to Advance Scholarly Communication’ (DIAMAS). The 3-year project, launched on the 1st of September 2022, receives funding in the context of the Horizon Europe call on Capacity-building for institutional open access publishing across Europe.

The DIAMAS project, which was awarded a grant of €3m, brings together 23 European organisations that will map out the landscape of Diamond Open Access publishing in the European Research Area and develop common standards, guidelines and practices for the Diamond publishing sector. The project partners will also formulate recommendations for research institutions to coordinate sustainable support for Diamond publishing activities across Europe.

Moreover, the DIAMAS project will interact closely with the global community of the ‘Action Plan for Diamond Open Access’ signatories. While the project will spearhead some of the activities laid out in the Action Plan, it welcomes complementary actions and contributions. As a first step, DIAMAS project partners and members of the Diamond Open Access Plan Community had the chance to meet and discuss collaboration opportunities during the Diamond Open Access Conference (Zadar, Croatia, 19 – 20 September 2022).
